Pros: Entertaining! Cons: none
We have been to Las Vegas dozens of times..and each time brings forth a new site or experience. Even if you are not a gambler, you would enjoy the sites and sounds that Las Vegas has to offer. There are street performances offered by some of the major...

Pros: Great atmosphere, food, and free drinks! Cons: None that I can think of.
I went to Vegas last October and stayed in the Golden Nugget hotel. I'll tell you, I have been itching to get back ever since. It was the best vacation I have ever had. For those who have never been there and are looking into a trip, make sure...

Pros: Variety of things to do for everyone Cons: You may choose to move there
Las Vegas is always growing metropolis that is springing up new and innovative casinos for the families. If you have kids and they like pirates and ships then "TREASURE ISLAND CASINO" is a stop for them. Then of course we always have...

Pros: The best city in the world! Cons: NONE
Las Vegas is one of the most great, most astonishing places that I have ever been. It has everything a vacationer can think of. It has many attractions all around the place. Even each hotel is an attraction itself. It has amusement parks, water...

Pros: Great events-fun for the whole family-clean city Cons: a few more things for adults- but there are arcades for every casino--and $$$
I just went on a month and a half vacation- and Las Vegas was the best overall city i visited. As one citizen said there "its the only place to live" i agree by saying "its the only place to visit". Not only is everything larger than...

Not in July
by maccoy1 ,Jul 20 '07
Pros: Accomodations, Food, Atmosphere Cons: Heat, Traffic, Mass of Humanity
Actually had a pretty good time. The hotel was great as far as location and room value. Don't go during July/August time frame. It's just way too hot! Okay if you just sit by the pool or stay in the casino 24/7, but you also went to Vegas to see the place and all it's attractions. The place also has some of the worst traffic in the country, especially on the strip and the adjacent surface streets. So better to skip the rental car and go by taxi, shuttle, or monorail.

Vegas, I love it, and can still do it on the cheap
by whitjs ,Dec 06 '05
Pros: Great fun, lots to do, just a neat place to be Cons: Middle class? can't afford most of it
We just got back and would love to go right back.
You are able to find some really nice rooms from
Sunday to Thursday at great prices. I have always
stayed at Circus. Would like to try Boulder Station
sometime. Nice smaller casino, more intimate.
I do however love Slots of Fun that is associated with
Circus. By the way if you go to Circus with kids take them to the midway it is easy to make them happy cause they win stuffed animals easily.
I found that I see something new everytime I go to vegas. There is always something free. I just wish the shows weren't sooooo expensive. We went downtown for an evening and had a ball in the Queens. Also in slot place called Mermaids that was fun. The girls kept coming by with drinks and you could actually taste the alcohol. Great job by that casino.(slot club)
We had some buffets and got tired of them. I can't image what cooking school shows these cooks how to make everything look different but taste the same.
Ellis Island makes a great steak for $4.95.
There are lots of bargains if you look.
Enjoy!

How do I Love Vegas....Let Me Count the Ways.......
by zzz1324 ,May 05 '05
Pros: -24 Hour fun
-24 hour alcohol
-24 hourzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Cons: -Don't lose all of your money
-Remember to sleep
Well, who is ready for some healthy debauchery??? I am!!!!! Go to Vegas and let loose. Stay up all night drinking and gambling....go see one of the amazing shows at any of the major hotels....go to one of the 5 star restaurants.....or just lay by a beautiful pool and soak up the Nevada sun. As you can see, you will not have any problems finding something to do in Sin City.

Stay at the Mirage!
by chad_castorina ,Feb 22 '04
Pros: Awesome rooms, service, atmosphere Cons: none at all, just hope you win and do not loose at the tables.
If you are planning a trip to Las Vegas, make sure to book your trip at the Mirage. It is one of the oldest on the strip, but it is still the best. You are walking distance to all of the hot spots (Caesars, Venetian, Belagio, Paris, to name a few). You will not need a rent-a-car when you stay here. The rooms are awesome, the pool is great. Take Care & Good Luck in Vegas, Chad Castorina

Las Vegas
by tallmancan ,Apr 05 '04
Pros: Great diverse, all-around city. Many attractions, from the Strip to Red Rock Canyon. Cons: Bad traffic at times.
I live in Las Vegas. Nothing ticks me off more than the smart guy who thinks 'If you live in Las Vegas you must live in a hotel.' The Strip is a somewhat great place to go.. only bad traffic deters me. The hotels are great, the shows are great, but please keep in mind that there Is Life off the strip.
With a venture off of the strip such attractions as numerous golf courses, family fun centers, and various mall can be visited.
