Pros: great roller coasters and other rides Cons: expensive, crowded in July & August
Cedar Point. The roller coaster capital of the world. The "Amazement Park". These are all titles that have been given to CP at one time of another. And believe me, they are well deserved!
I live about 5 hours from Cedar Point....

Pros: Roller Coasters Cons: None
I recently visited Cedar Point, early June. The weather was perfect
to go to a amusement park. I would say to everyone to go early so you
avoid the heat. I went on a Tuesday which made it that much more perfect,
the lines were short. All...

Pros: Great rides, relatively clean park. Cons: Very bad customer service.
Bad policies.
I've been to cedar point quite a few times and liked the rides but I will not go back after my last experience with customer service. Cedar point has great rides, period. Cedar point has bad policies in dealing with their customers. This is just as ...

Pros: COASTERS, COASTERS, COASTERS! Worth the price of admission. Cons: Drink prices. Bring your own cooler and leave on picnic tables by gate.
I'm 53 and grew up in Ohio so I've been going to CP since I was a kid and the big ride was Blue Streak. Now I take my kids even though we live 7 hrs away. Despite what some say, the lines aren't too bad except for the coasters. And compared to other ...

Pros: Coasters, Atmosphere, Food, FUN! Cons: some rides are too small now, I live in Illinois
I love Cedar Point. We live in Illinois and have season passes (which makes it a bit less pricy for admission). We don't even have passes for Six Flags Great America which is 30 minutes away, which should give you an idea of how much we like this park. ...

Pros: great variety of rides for the whole family Cons: expensive food, no tram service, MUCH mechanical trouble, heat, $8 parking LONG LINES.
dont expect to go back home with any money. you need it all on drinks to stay hydrated in the extreme heat and they get a lot of money from you that way $3 dollar sodas and waters Not to say 42 dollars to get in. $8 to park. plus any food that you want....

Pros: Cooler than Florida
Roller Coasters Cons: Coasters are down for repairs too often.
My daughter is a roller coaster fanatic, so she absolutely loved Cedar Point. The Amusement Park is laid out well, and the cost are comparible to other parks (which is still too expensive!). We bought a Sunday night - Monday Package from one of the ...

Pros: some big rides, lakefront, some nice views, decent weather Cons: LINES, weak theme, little else besides rides, price not justified
I went with a group of friends, and we were pretty enthusiastic beforehand. It was a 2 hour drive from our hometown of Columbus. I read lots of raving reviews and expected a lot. My friends were a little skeptical about the lines and waiting times, ...

Pros: the BEST rides in the world, clean, lots to do... Millennium Force! Cons: none worth mentioning
I went to cedar point in 2000 (the year Millennium Force opened), and I had the time of my life. Driving out on the causeway and seeing Millennium Force, I was in awe.
When we finally got in we went to Raptor first, which may not have been a good...

Pros: Just look at an aerial view of the park. Nuff said. Cons: Lines can be long (so go during off-peak times).
Once you arrive at Cedar Point, you never want to go home. The park was built on its own little peninsula and has lots of scenery, so the sights you see while riding coasters just add to the excitement. This park has variety like no one else: 310-foot...
