Ghost Town in the Sky is now closed for good. Unfortunately, the owner was too greedy to put any money back into the park. It's a crying shame. The businesses of Maggie Valley that relied on the influx of people the park used to bring are suffering. The book is closed on a little piece of Western North Carolina history. Who knows what's next for this place, but it's a true ghost town now.
