Pros: Absolutely Unadulterated FUN!!!! Cons: Not a one!
I admit I'm addicted! What a fun place! Thanks to having a friend living in Orlando, I've been able to spend a lot of time in the last year in FL! We each purchased a year pass to Universal and have more than gotten our money's worth! Don't miss...

Pros: You are weightless at the top Cons: Workers don't check if you are secured to the chair
First of all, i would like to say that Universal Studios is a great park and so is Islands of Adventure. However, in this opinion I would like to talk about a specific ride. The ride is Dr. Doom's Fear Fall and it is located in the Islands of Adventure...

Pros: Technology, Thrills, Transporting Cons: Can be a long wait
In checking out some other epinions on this ride, I was discouraged to read about technical problems. We had none and rode this ride about 10 times during our last visit, so I hope these problems have been ironed out.
SPIDER-MAN is the...

Pros: Great simulation rides, cool Hollywood theme. Florida AAA members can go back for free!! Cons: No rides for roller coaster lovers, long lines- but thats goes for any park.
I went to Universal Studios a few months ago with my boyfriend and we had a blast. I live is Florida only about an hour away from Orlando but this was the first time I had the opportunity to go. We went to the AAA office to find the best rate for tickets...

Pros: Entertaining, A variety of things to do and see, a whole day of fun Cons: Price, lines during the busy season
I live near enough to Universal Studios that I can experience it regularly. Since the new Islands of Adventure has opened up, it's been the local craze. I've yet to experience Islands of Adventure, but I have been to Universal Studios about five times or...

Pros: Some exciting rides Cons: Very dull outside of rides and one or two shows
As I begin this review, let me make the disclaimer that I am NOT a lover of crowds and thrill rides. So when my daughter stated that she wanted our 2001 summer vacation to swing through Disney and Universal Studios, I was not, to say the least,...

Pros: great coaster for bigger kids/adults Cons: few rides for children, expensive meals
I live in Orlando, so was thrilled when Universal offered some great deals on passes. But we really aren't that thrilled with Islands of Adventure. They have a few great playgrounds, and just a couple of rides at Seuss Landing that are appropriate for...

Pros: killer coasters and rides. Cons: lines, of course. it's a theme park!
Having visited Universal's first Orlando-based theme park, Universal Studios, I was impressed but still, at heart, a Disney fanatic. But then I went to a preview of Islands of Adventure. I returned about a month later because it was so awesome.

Pros: Roller Coasters without having to drive to Tampa Cons: Long Lines, although crowd control is better than Disney
I work on Universal Studios property. Not for Universal, my company just rents sound stage space, so I am not selling Universal. I just think the new addition to their theme park is phenomenal.
Islands of Adventure opened the summer of '99 and I...

Pros: Entertaining rides Cons: Expensive and exploitative
There are a few things wrong with Universal Studios Florida, most importantly that unlike California there is no tram ride that covers a big chunk of the park, so you have to wait in individual lines for many attractions that the tram would take you...

Pros: Good rides, amazing location, something for everyone Cons: Long lines in Jurassic Park
We also visited Orlando during the week of Thanksgiving, 1999. We did not spend any time at Universal Studios but instead spent an entire day at Islands of Adventure.
We loved it, and have recommended it to everyone. Unlike the review I am...

Pros: Great coasters, fun themes Cons: Long lines at all concessions/ticket booths!
I have just returned from a trip to Universal Studios newest park, Islands of Adventure. Whatever your style, this park has it!! You like no holds-barred, not-for-the-faint-of-heart rollercoasters? Kiddie rides? Whimsical? Adventure? 3D? Yep, IOA has it...

Pros: really fun Cons: food is expensive
I went to Universal Studios for my 23rd Birthday and I was not disappointed. The day that I went the were offering 2 for one passes so I got to come back and see everything I missed. Universal has so many cool attractions. Some of the attractions that I...

Pros: best roller coasters, older kids crowd Cons: expensive
I am an amusement park junkie. I am from Florida, so I have been to Disney and Universal Studios more times than I can count using all of my appendages. Now, living in the midwest, I also frequent the Six Flags parks. I am addicted to fast...
