Lots of razzmataz. Great kicks and dancing. Around 12 separate skits, some w/ Rockettes, some not. Most cute and bland. Good for small kids. Colorful elaborate costumes and sets with a weak script.

The grand finale was awful and out of context. An orphaned scene disconnected from the show. The narrator said three wise men/kings visited baby Jesus and brought gifts. Then he said Jesus spent the next 30 years working in a carpentry shop. Then he preached for three years, was crucified, and changed the world. Huh? This after 90 minutes of fun mush.

My kids, 14 and 19, asked where the gifts went and why since he was identified at birth as a savior by 3 kings, he spent 30 years banging boards and languishing in obscurity. And did the influence of the Kings upgrade him to a hotel? And where did these kings meet and begin their journey? Who told them?

The show went from a schmaltzy fun innocent celebration to a very silly ending which was totally disconnected from the previous 12 skits.
