Pros: Nice vehicle, a Chevy Uplander, loaded. Got upgraded a bit.
Cons: Didn't explain terms of fuel service option. Didn't resolve complaint satisfactorily. Won't use again.

Pros: The Alamo counter is conveniently located inside the airport terminal, WITH MAY OTHERS.

Pros: There are no pros here for Alamo. They were dumb and lost a customer.
Cons: Alamo is dishonest in confirming a reservation which they had no intent of honoring.
