Cons: Deviate outside of their set requirements and there is no wiggle room to help others.

Cons: This company is unethical and unscrupulous.

Pros: Central reservations are friendly and professional.
Cons: Oxnard, CA location is under the impression that customers can be treated as disposable.

Pros: Hertz just SUCKS!
Cons: They charge for phantom gas that is never used. Lies and mirrors customer service

Cons: TERRIBLE customer service for the #1 company.
