Pros: Exciting look into the world of Dinosaurs and a peek into the future Cons: Waiting for the next show
I wasnt going to write about all the Disney rides and attractions I experienced on my last trip to Disney World but, the other day, I was talking to my grandson Vinnie about that trip and asked him about his favorite rides To my surprise he said ...
Pros: Imagination and creativity, the story - how it all fits together Cons: The lady who coordinates the line
Everyday, I think back to this one day that I went to Epcot, Disney, ( http://www.epinions.com/content_83714281092 ) in Orlando, Florida. Though I have been there five-six times, the most recent thought is of my most...
Pros: Good teaching ride, convincing dinos Cons: The big bang theory
On a recent trip to Epcot, the Universe of Energy (presented by Exxon) was one of the stops on our itinerary. The last time I had visited Epcot in the 1980's, I was mesmerized by this ride, and was really looking forward to riding it again.
Pros: fun learning experience Cons: a bit dark and maybe a bit loud at times
The Universe of Energy Pavilion at Walt Disney Worlds Epcot houses one attraction only. The attraction is a combination ride and movie called Ellens Energy Adventure. It starts off with a pre-show where you are standing in a large ...
I recently completed a trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando Florida. I stayed off-site with a friend (at no cost). I visited all the (non-water) parks but took no children with me. All of my Disney World reviews will be written from this perspective....
Pros: funny, well written, some visually stunning scenes, educational Cons: some logistical problems, some historical montages too compact
One of the most pleasant surprises of my first trip to Epcot was the Universe of Energy. It's home to an absolutely fantastic long show that's fun, visually interesting and educational at the same time. That's hard to pull off. The show features ...
Pros: Ellen and Bill Nye work real well together, funniest EPCOT show I've seen! Cons: It's energy. They can't make it all exciting.

Pros: Impressive dinosaurs, important topic, Ellen DeGeneres Cons: 45-minute show, could use an update
As one of EPCOT's original attractions, the Universe of Energy covers an educational topic that should interest most visitors. The original incarnation was grand and ambitious, but its dry approach left many viewers bored and sleepy. By the mid 1990s, ...
I go to Epcot about every other visit to Walt Disney World. Epcot is probably my favorite of all the parks. I am sure that will change after my child is born this June. When in Epcot, I always make sure to visit Exxon's Universe of Energy.
Pros: Great fun Cons: Science filtered through viewpoint of fossil fuel company
I'm not a big television fan. I learned in the newspaper about Ellen coming out of the closet, and am in the room while my wife watches television enough to know the awesome degree of personal vulnerability that is deemed necessary for a woman on...
Pros: Dinosaurs are still there; Somewhat educational Cons: Long; Weak story; Second-hand celebrity host
Okay, Disney has ruined a lot of rides in recent years. Handing the Enchanted Tiki Room over to Iago and Zazu was notably thoughtless. Handing the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse over to Tarzan was considerably dimwitted. But placing the lasting appeal...
Pros: Funny film, unique presentation Cons: The line
The Universe of Energy is the home of Ellen's Energy Adventure. This was really a unique attraction at Epcot and at Disney. I thought it would just be a motion ride or a movie, but it's an interesting combination of the two, plus a ride through...
Pros: Amazing ride Cons: Science movie possibly may prove uninteresting
Introduction
It's a shame that this was the last ride that I rode at Epcot. I would have loved to ride it another time, but unfortunately the ride was closing down for the day as I left. I have heard that the old ride with this name...
Pros: at least you're seated and can rest your tired feet Cons: poor sound, lame comedy, outdated effects, weak concept
This attraction was only the second one I'd visited at Epcot, and only also only the second one I'd visited at Disney in 25 years. So going in, I had high hopes....but I have to say that despite giving it the benefit of the doubt going in, Ellen's...
