Pros: A lot of great equipment and classes. Good hours, nice staff, clean facility.
Cons: No real ab area; paying for a pool you may not use; no changing room.

Cons: Accepts below standard ethics from employees and offers no resolution to the customer.

Pros: I didn't get very far, so I really have nothing good to say.
Cons: rude customer service, will not honor corporate offerings, rip-off membership fees

Pros: The people who worked reception desk were nice. The clients were very nice.
Cons:
The locker room was stinky-unsanitary.
Cancelling practically impossible.
They continued to bill my card.
Summary: They will pull you in with a 9.95 a week special. Then they will offer you a "free" assessment with a trainor. The trainor will high pressure you into purchasing his/her services for 40.00 a session. They suggested 3 sessions a week, or 120.00 a week. ... read more
