Pros: 1st diet I've ever been on where I didn't have to be hungry to lose weight. Cons: You really do need to give up the breads & sweets altogether.
I will continue this diet for life. Last year I was 250 lbs. and I went to the doctor to get a complete physical before starting the Atkins Diet so that I could monitor my labs every couple of months while staying on the diet.
