Pros: Too many to mention - better health, good foods, amazing choices... Cons: Having to buy new clothes every few months as I shrink -lol:)
I've read so many "Anti-low-carb" reviews here that astonish me. People claiming the read the book, but do things like drink 1/2 a gallon of milk a day, or eat zero carbs, or eat a stick of butter... and it makes me wonder what "book"...

Pros: quick weight loss, easy to follow plan...just eat meat! Stay away from carbs! Cons: could be bad for your health, sort of boring and easy to go off it, if you are a carb addict.
