    Pros: Easy to prepare meals.  Friendly staff.  Weekly meetings where I met people just like myself.
    Cons: Cant stay on Jennys meals for ever. :-(

    Pros: * Convenient.* Frozen meals are mostly tasty.* Decent weight loss.
    Cons: *  Meals are very expensive
    *  Not enough variety -- it gets boring.

    Pros: Wonderful concept.  Learn a very healthy way of eating and when followed, you DO lose.
