Pros: Oh You will Lose the Weight Fast, but at What cost?? Cons: All Liquid Diet which Causes you to go absolutely Insane, and worse of all the weight comes back!

Pros: loose weight! Never hungry, classes, individual and group support. Cost same spent on Junk food! Cons: NONE unless being healthy is a bad thing!

Pros: fool proof, drink shakes =lose weight I promise this diet works! Cons: social gatherings are hard, avoid them for the first few weeks, it gets easier.
