Pros: Promotes healthy eating, there are no "bad" foods, make it fit your lifestyle Cons: Will cost you money to lose weight and learn things you probably already knew

Pros: Clear, easy to use system; physical activity promoted; teach you how to eye-ball portions; don't feel hungry or restricted.
