Slow exchange turn-around. One month later, I still wait.... by alliecat56 I really love this catalogue and would love to buy many, manY items from them. However, since returning two rings (a total of $500) to exchange them for a different size, it's been a month and I still haven't received them. If I am ever reunited with my merchandise, I will never, ever order anything from them again.

Gate 1 Travel to Dubai by simpjo Pros: Worry free touring, diverse range of travelers and excellent for single travelers.
Cons: Could use headset for larger groups when at tour site. I have traveled with Gate 1 on 3 previous tours to Thailand, Morocco, and India and have not been dissappointed then and my most recent travel with them to Dubai has continued to be a success.

Everything is handled for you and as a single traveler in locations where English is not always available this is comforting to know that you will be picked up, your hotel and tours all previously arranged and all you have to do is enjoy each day's activities. The tour guide Mounaire was excellent and really provided a lot of insight about the people of Dubai as well as it's history, growth and religion. I could not have asked for a better time in this hidden jewel. |

Buyer Beware! Don't be lured in by the cheap price! by parrishten Ordered an Ashley furniture chair on 3/23 and the site said delivery in 7-10 days shipping. Called and was told the chair would ship on 4/5. Called on 4/8 and I'm told that there is a wait for Ashley furniture for one month and they are fulfilling February orders in April. I only learned this detail by calling in twice and being on hold for 30 minutes each time. The service rep said I will need to wait another month and maybe I'll receive the item.

I asked to cancel my order and receive a refund. The customer service person told me it would take 30 days to issue a refund. I requested to cancel the order anyways, and I'll dispute the payment through Paypal. I still haven't received any email confirmation that my order was cancelled, and I just received an email saying my order has been expedited to be shipped. This is the worst online purchasing experience I've had in 15 years. Buyer beware! |

Low Quality, Horrible Customer Service, False Advertising by lopes2 CUSTOMER BEWARE! STP uses deceiving Sales methods like not disclosing their Return Policy, hoping to get Customers to shop there. And after a while, they will refuse to give refunds for returned merchandise...reason being "too many returns on the account". That is unbelievable and unheard of for me, specially coming from an Internet based Retailer. They charge an-arm-and-a-leg for shipping, they false-advertise their merchandise, and they stiff their customers with not only huge shipping costs, but ultimately by refusing to process returns...they "refuse to do business with you". Worst customer service I've ever had in all my shopping experience. Take my advice, don't shop here or you'll end up paying a lot more for cheap 'discounted' merchandise. At this rate, hope they won't last much longer.

Great Experience by joey7253 Ok, i'll admit it, buying a stone sight unseen is terrifying, especially given the cost. Instead of doing a wire transfer i went ahead and used my credit card so that i would have extra protection just in case i received some fake stone that couldn't be returned because the company took my money and ran...Well, i wish i would have just done the money transfer and save the extra few percentage points because the stone is beautiful and about 30% cheaper than what my local jeweler tried to charge me. Save your money and buy from Brilliance.

Customer service is great! Products consistent. by mommacee83 I have always had a great experience shopping with Webstaurant Store. They have been very gracious in taking care of any issues that come up. I have recommended them to several of my business owner friends. The products have always been a good quality and the delivery is often just a day or two after placing my order. I appreciate the huge variety of products as well as the ease of navigating their website. I have not found a better place to buy gloves and aluminum foil pans in quantities that are not too much for my small business. I appreciate the option of smaller quantities for those times when i don't need 1000 of a certain item. I do have a complaint concerning the shipping costs. It seems as if they have increased recently, more than inflation warrants.

Cons: No cons I can mention everything was streamlined and super straight forward, no surprises! I had such a great experience with Quicken Loans! The process took under 2 months and I was able to close at my own home with no issues what so ever. I loved using their software to upload required docs and check the status of my loan.

I chose the Vermont White Spruce tree with the dual lights. It comes pre-lit in two pieces with the base. It was so easy to put up and I thought it was easy to fluff. Absolutely beautiful! Have had friends touch the limbs because they can not tell it is artificial. My tree arrived in fine condition within four days of ordering. Also love the clear light or color light option on the tree. These trees may cost a little more than department store trees but the quality and realness of the tree makes it worth every cent. You will not be disappointed. Loved it so much had to return and purchase a swag for my front door and guess what it is equally beautiful. Spend the extra, you will be very satisfied. Sheri |

Rogue Company by pai878787 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! We ordered perume from them 3 weeks ago and received an email saying it had been sent recorded delivery. After not receiving it we have emailed them twice, had no replies and spent ages on the phone trying to speak to someone.We managed last Friday to talk to someone who we had difficulty understanding but was told it should arrive that day and if it didn't to phone today for a refund.After trying today for ages we finally did got to speak to a female,again very difficult to understand who said something about problems with their merchants and funds being frozen for 180 days! She then said to contact the credit card company we had used for a refund.That is what we are now trying to do but firmly believe that this company are a Scam and after finding this site and reading of other people's experiences don't know how they are still trading.

1. Quick initial action after first contact. 2. Loan closed Cons: Quicken involves too many individuals (teams). The Quicken Processes are flawed, often ineffectual. Quicken Loans is an effective way to close on a home mortgage, but it is not likely much better than having a local broker handling the work. One of the problems facing Quicken is that they have so many who make contact as representatives of a "team". I often got conflicting feedbacks, sometimes only 12 hours apart. I got my loan and an glad I did. I have closed on 6 homes over the years. This closing was not better, or worse than the others. But it might have been a bit more time consuming.
