This was a great machine....until it wasn't by leshipman  Pros: The washer was quiet, it used less water and detergent, and was easy to use.
Cons: Beware....Whirlpool manufactures many of the U.S.'s top brand names! We had good experiences with our last Whirlpool top loader washer and dryer. Our daughter is still using it....it's 17 years old. We gave it to her when we purchased our new Whirlpool Duet Ht and matching dryer from Lowe's.

I've had this machine for LESS THAN TWO YEARS! It was wonderful until it died, without warning, last week. A machine that costs as much as this one should not cost the same amount (again) to repair. The repair costs were going to be between $500-900. The problem...the MAIN control was not sending power to the MOTOR control. The repairman didn't know if it was the main control that was the problem or the motor control that was the problem. I am really saddened by this....the waste of our money and the waste of resoures used to manufacture this piece of junk. |

They applied the online discounts ($10 off, and Free Shipping) to my phone order withut hesitation, and even asked me if I would like complimentary gift wrap for any of the items. The items have not arrived yet, but based on my expereince this morning, I would highly recommend them to anyone! |

Very poor customer service!!! by sfce I ordered a computer from J&R while deployed to Iraq almost a year ago. The computer never showed up and their customer service department keeps running me around with policy changes for their insurance claims. If this was the last electronics store on the planet I would still recommend against shopping there.

Lured by Low price but ended up empty handed! by rbergeron1 On 11/30/09 I ordered a Samsung LCD TV from 6ave online. Price was much betterthan other stores. I called prior to ordering and was assured unit was in stock and would arrive well before Christmas.

After a few days I never got any tracking updates so I called and was told give it a few more days... After a few more calls I was finally told they had no units in stock and wouldn't for maybe 4 to 6 weeks. |

Unethical by rockymtncop This site will re-charge your credit card over and over again, even if disputed. If you do cancel they will discontinue your membership early and charge again on your anniversary. Only way to get rid of them is to cancel your credit card

I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I bought two jerseys separately then returned them both due to sizing problems. I returned them together as one package and they said I only returned one. What a joke. Why would I keep something that doesn't fit correctly.

still waiting for my refund by smcwilli I purchased a necklace and a pair of earrings from Alle for $2900. I returned the items within the 30 day return window but have never received a refund for them after a year of waiting. Every time I call them their story seems to change about why I have not received the refund yet. From reading the posts above this seems to be a pattern of theirs. Do NOT trust this company.

Excellent. by jakethesnake31 I purchased a replacement battery for my Powerbook and was greatly pleased with the efficient service provided by West Coast Power. They sent my shipment in a timely matter and it was received in great condition. The product they shipped to me works just as new and I am very pleased with my purchase. Our family especially loves the kids products, classic Greek music CD's, but our favorite item each year is the OFF THE CHARTS KILLER BAKLAVA POPCORN, O.M.G!!!!! YOU gotta try it. They offer an option of Baklava popcorn plain and with chocolate. We get both! We send it as Christmas gifts to all our friends (they wait for it every year) and as business gifts to my husband's clients. |

Reliable by macck15 When my order was out of stock i found out Golfio is a reliable online store. Why? because they did not wait me to follow up my refund. The day i receive email from their customer service telling me that my order was already out of stock, after a couple of hrs. I received email again that my order has been refunded.

A confused company! by dumdfounded Ordered an TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX(4GB memory). They shipped a TWIN2X2048-6400C5DHX(2GB memory). Ordered part 11-16-09. Shipped 11-17. Received 11-23. Found out it was the wrong part. Contacted JBaker at eCOST 11-23. Got back to me 11-25. Called to see if eCOST are going to give me a refund or ship the right part. eCOST said "they will determined that, when they get the package". Also said they were going to take the item off the web. Got shipping label and sent package 11-25. Checked the web for the item. Still there for $86.99 on 11-29. Package arrived at eCOST 12-03. Called to see if eCOST are going to give me a refund or ship the right part. eCOST said "They only give a refund if you return a Package". Grrrr. Went to purchase a new one. Did a price comparison. Found eCOST is now selling the item for $162.99. Doubled in price. When I order the new part it will take a week. I spent a month with out my part. I find this company very confused!

Cons: The replacement blades are a little on the pricey side. I received the Gillette Fusion Power razor in the mail free to try.I liked that it had 5 blades and was easy to hold. It comes with a precision trimmer and is comfortable to hold.I found that the Gillette Fusion power Razor provided a closer shave compared to other razors I have used in the past. It left me with a smooth shave and no nicks or cuts.I also like that conditioning strip turns white when it needs to be replaced Although it's a bit pricey I've found that an 8 pack of replacement cartridges lasts up to 5-6 months.This razor is also great for Women as I am a Woman and love it!!

Save your money and look elsewhere! by patty-0 One of the four items I bought came completely destroyed in the package. Then they told me I had to pay shipping to return it! It cost $25 and I've been told I need to pay to send it back, plus loose 15% for a stocking fee. I'm contacting my credit card company to begin a dispute as soon as I finish typing this review!

terrible communication cannot get an answer or a person or phone # by sessie I have not had a great experience with Zazzle, I ordered a very simple sticker from Zazzle, with an Image that had no copyright issues. I have been going back and forth with e mails about copyright issues I have yet to see my sticker or my money.

DJ Hero by awesomedude4 Pros: fun for all ages
Cons: extremely hard to master Now DJ Hero is a fun game to play,but hard to master.I have this on ps2 just like i have guitar hero.Im still quite a beginner despite have had been playing forweeks and still cant master some songs this will frustrate you more than once as it has me.Anyway i enjoyed playing this game you should probably get this if you are looking for a challenge.

Aluminum 17" MacBook Pro by nivek0 Pros: Back lit keyboard, touch pad, construction, battery life, it just feels right!
Cons: The cost is a major shortcomming of this laptop. This Apple MacBook Pro is the laptop that I use day in and day out for work and for my personal tasks. This laptop has been a wonderful addition to my arsenal of computers. In particular I enjoy the aesthetics of this machine. What a visually pleasing laptop this is! The tactile feedback from the keyboard, to the feel of the one piece touch pad - everything simply feels right. Using PC laptops feel out of sorts and awkward especially in reference to touchpad on this Mac. The ability to swipe your finger across the pad in mutiple ways, render different inputs is a wonderful touch (pun intended)!

The construction is suburb with the unibody aluminum chassis, and the hardware performance is no different. Everything works perfectly together whether browsing the web or multitasking several Virtual Machine environments. Incredibly, the machine doesn't seem to break a sweat and the battery life is between 5-7 hours! This computer is my favorite to use out of all computers I've touched in my career. I highly recommend it! Beautiful machine, just beautiful. |

I have ordered from eforcity several times for cell phone, computer and ipod products. Products have always been in working order, delivered in a timely manner and were as expected from product description. A wider selection of products would also be helpful. There have been times where I have had to order from other websites because eforcity did not have compatible products in stock - especially cell phone cases, cell phone batteries and headsets. I always check eforcity for all of my electronic accessory needs. Just wish you could use more than one coupon or receive sale price without coupons - prices can be somewhat deceiving on "weekly specials" because you can only use one coupon. Free shipping without minimum order would keep me from even looking at another site. Delivery of products does not seem as fast as amazon-especially with free shipping option.

Frustrating experience due to major error made by Tiny Prints Editor by tlienemeth My husband and I are so upset about our baby announcements. The editor added in a comma where there was not supposed to be one. Instead of reading my husband's first and middle name and my name, they put a comma in between my husband's first and middle name, making it seem like the announcement is from three people. No one contacted us before making this change. We had the announcements mailed out directly by the company, so now we have to spend time clarifying this with all of our friends and family. The company will send me corrected reprints, but they said that they cannot resend the announcements directly. DO NOT USE this company. It was such a TREMENDOUS error for them to make this seemingly small change, but if they were going to make a change like this, they should have notified us before sending out the announcements! I didn't think that I would need to have a proof, because the announcement had looked correct in my saved web version.

AMAZING! by krazi4dolphinz AMAZING! Their product is very unique and easy to use. The banner I ordered for my grandson's bedroom wall was perfect. I searched everywhere for a name plate or something to put on the wall. The operator suggested their attach-n-go create-a-banner. I was able to create a banner with my grandson's name on it and make it look like it came right out of the Toy Story catalog. Great color and pattern options let me be very creative but made it simple to do. WOW! What an awesome place to shop!

Item never shipped, had to pull teeth to get find out where it was. by methos113 I ordered a sewing basket on 11/12/09, received confirmation of processing (ie, my card was charged) and I contacted them via e-mail a week later when I hadn't received either the item or any correspondence.

*I* had to call the company to see what was going on with my order, at which time they sent me a link to its supposed FedEx status. When the status remained "information received" for 4 days, I contacted them again via e-mail, they said that they'd trace the shipment and that would take 24 hours. After 48 hours, I e-mailed them to find out the status. I didn't hear anything from them for 4 days when *I* called them. What did they tell me? The item is out of stock, but that they'll refund my money and notify me when it's available again. I will never shop from All Makes Vacuums ever again. Glad I didn't wait until the last minute to buy this gift. |
