However, as a luxury sedan, it also has the high content of interior fittings and features that one would expect from Nissans upscale division. The 2003 Infiniti M45 is designed to fill the price-gap between the flagship Q45, with which it shares many performance components, and the lower level G35 sport sedan. However, that is not to say that this is a G35 with a 4.5-liter engine. The styling and dimensions of the rear-wheel drive V8 M45 are all its own. |
