The Acura TL is a compact executive car from Honda's luxury Acura marque. It was introduced in 1996 to supplant the Acura Vigor and was a rebadged Japan-market Honda Inspire sedan until the third-generation version. The TL is Acura's best-selling model and its sales exceed all other luxury sedans in the United States save the BMW 3-Series[1]. The TL's competitors include the Audi A4, BMW 3-Series, Cadillac CTS, Infiniti G35, Jaguar X-Type, Lexus ES, and Mercedes-Benz C-Class.
