A WHEEL WITHIN A WHEEL is self-assured debut that perfectly captures this spirit. Mesmerizingly literate and ambitiously arranged songs that never sound overwrought pepper the album's tracklist and pit singer-songwriter Adam Remnant as an Appalachian foil for Conor Oberst.
