Details: Both locals and tourists think of Boulevard as one of the best restaurants in San Francisco. A beautifully tiled floor, stunning chandelier and intimate booths perfectly complement the work of culinary star Nancy Oakes (of L'Avenue fame). Offerings changes daily, but keep in mind that Oakes is expert with all things from the sea. Though unusual, the menu is one of those rare gems that can suit just about any taste.
