Details: Authentic Texas-style barbecue is the specialty of this restuarant which draws lots of families, business lunches, and "hungry men types." Not a place for vegetarians, Buster's cooks all of the meat in a barbecue pit on a wood fire; all of the other selections are made right there on the premises. Food is served cafeteria-style, with a salad bar and ample, comfortable seating in both smoking and non-smoking sections. A large, circular fireplace serves as a center piece. Delivery is available with catered orders.
