This is an Enhanced CD, which contains both regular audio tracks and multimedia computer files. Hate (Death Metal): ATF Sinner (guitar, acoustic guitar, synthesizer, bass guitar, sampler); The Destroyer (guitar); Hexen (drums). Personnel: Kris Wawrzak (sampler); Michal Goliasz (background vocals). Audio Mixer: Wieslawski Bros. Arrangers: Hexen; ATF Sinner; The Destroyer. Hate's sixth studio release is yet another slab of blistering, riff-heavy death metal. Hailing from Poland, Hate bears a slight resemblance to countrymen Vader, especially in the primeval, raspy-throated vocal area. However, where Vader strongly emulates Slayer, Hate doesn't seem to latch onto one specific influence. MORPHOSIS combines elements of the old school of death metal with the modern, frenzied extreme-metal approach. At times, one can hear elements of Bolt Thrower and Entombed, as well as Behemoth and Kataklysm. |
