Mountain Buggy pushchairs are constructed of lightweight heavy duty aluminium tubing and nylon fittings, the modular design means that individual components can be replaced if necessary. Designed primarily for use around town the Mountain Buggy Urban with its swivel front wheel gives superb manoeuvrability on smooth surfaces - turn on a sixpence, as they used to say. For occasional off road use you can lock the front wheel but it wont perform as well as the Mountain Buggy Terrain with a fixed front wheel. The delightfully simple folding system makes everyday life simple and the ability to remove the wheels comes in handy when you need extra space in the boot for going on holiday.The Mountain Buggy Urban has a different seat from the Terrain models - a hybrid featuring the recline support back and the bucket style hammock base. The seat and sun canopy canvas fabrics are very durable and washable (hand wash). |
