Details: The DECserver 700 network access server offers a choice of 8 or 16 ports of high-performance, multiprotocol session support for LAT; and TCP/IP, IPX, and AppleTalk protocols with the use of DNAS software. The 8-port system provides full modem control, and the 16-port offers partial modem support. ??The DECserver 700 system is memory and software upgradable. It requires 2 MB or more of memory to support DECserver Network Access Software. The DECserver 700 system also features AUI and UTP Ethernet interfaces and is available in standalone or rackmountable configurations.
