Baltimore's Ear Pwr makes compelling fusion music for those who like to mix up their club jams with twee indie rock singalongs. Both incessantly hooky and hip-moving, SUPER ANIMAL BROTHERS III crackles with experimental energy, but at its core the album, whose electronic backdrop twitters, beeps, and thumps, owes a debt to Euro pop, IDM, and techno.
