| More Information |
| 2-door utility wagon; 5-passenger capacity. This behemoth hasnt long to go, as it will be replaced by the Expedition next fall. Following that, look for a model from Lincoln called the Navigator and a Suburban-sized four-door called the Montana Ñ all by 1998. Until that time, however, the Bronco continues on pretty much as-is. For reasons unknown, Ford has decided to unveil a clever new technology on this vehicle in 1996. The signal mirror system shows a flashing arrow in the outside, side-mounted mirrors, to supplement the normal turn signals. Its not visible to drivers, however. Beyond that, its the tried and true approach to model year changes Ñ more exterior colours and integrated head restraints. Broncos back in three trims Ñ XL, XT and Eddie Bauer Ñ all of which carry noticeably higher stickers. |
