More Information
For 1997, the Neon is available in four models - Base and the Highline. Both are available as either a coupe or sedan. The Neon was designed particularly for individuals known as Generation X who are between 18 to 32 years of age. The Neon has a sister car the Dodge Neon, both are very similar. The 1997 year introduces the Neon with little change. Some of these changes include additions of colors inside and out, new cast aluminum wheels and bolt on wheel covers. The Neon still comes with the Competition Group, which up grades the performance and power of the base model. The Competition Group comes equipped with a larger engine, a performance transmission, competition suspension and a heavy duty radiator, to name a few.
