| The Dodge Viper returns for the 1998 model year with minimal changes to the interior and exterior. The Viper is available in two models, the RT/10 Roadster and the GTS Coupe. New refinements and equipment include tubular, stainless steel exhaust manifolds to reduce weight and improve emissions, an electronic radiator fan control for improved operation, revised keyless entry system response and battery rundown protection. The Viper also features next generation depowered airbags which include a passenger air bag cut-off switch. Exterior paint includes Viper Bright Metallic Silver and Viper Red. Interior color includes a Black Monochromatic Interior. Leather seats, tilt steering, and an AM/FM Stereo ETR CD player are also standard. |
