| The 1998 Pontiac Bonneville is offered in two trim-levels: SE & SSE. The new Bonnevilles are now equipped with standard 4T65-E transmission and the standard 3.8L 205 bhp V6 engine. The 4T65-E includes selectable shift modes, performance and normal. New exterior colors are Topaz Firemist, Navy Blue Metallic, and Emerald Green Metallic. One new interior color, Camel, is offered in 1998. Battery rundown protection, flash-to-pass and theater dimming of interior lights are among the standard electronic features of all Bonnevilles. Electronic load leveling is also available. Safety and personal security features include remote keyless entry and power lock system, a full-feature antitheft system, and daytime running lamps. |
