| More Information |
| The BMW 7-Series enters the 2001 model year with many equipment changes. The portable analog phone is replaced with the all new Motorola digital StarTac phone, which is now standard on the base model. The 750iL and both Protection models include standard power-fold auto-dimming outside mirrors. In addition, run-flat tires are now a no-cost option available on all models. The new Convenience Package, available on the 740i and 740iL, includes power rear sunshades and auto-dimming outside mirrors. The Sport Package offers 18-inch M parallel-spoke alloy wheels, Electronic Damping Control (EDC) suspension, Shadowline exterior trim, and Vavona redwood interior trim. A heated steering wheel is now available as an individual option. |
