| The BMW Z3 is available as a coupe or roadster in five versions. The Z3 roadster is equipped with either a 184-hp 2.5L six-cylinder engine or a 225-hp 3.0L six-cylinder engine. The Z3 coupe utilizes the 3.0L engine. Also standard with the 3.0L are larger brakes,17-inch alloy wheels, and high performance tires. The M Coupe and M Roadster offer higher performance with a 3.2L, 315-hp engine, dual exhaust, sport-calibrated suspension, and four-wheel ventilated disc brakes. All models are standard with a five-speed manual transmission. The 2.5L and 3.0L models are available with the following options: a Steptronic five-speed automatic transmission, and heated seats/mirrors. The Z3 Roadsters also offer a Sport Package and a Premium Package. |
