BEL products give first alert warnings six to eight times the normal targeting distance of police radar guns. The BEL 880's Advanced Signal Processing provides a two fold increase in sensitivity to X, K and Super Wideband Ka. VG-2 Guard Alert delivers an audio/visual alert when signals from the Radar Detector are encountered. Dual-patented design employs a fundamental mixer response to achieve higher sensitivity and greater Radar detection range. First stage processing of incoming signals employs a patented, highly efficient oscillator design to maximize signal-to-noise ratio and increase warning range. Twin Laser ports with front and rear detection diodes capture diffused energy far outside the main laser beam. This insures superior off-axis coverage and the widest "field-of-view" for 360° protection. Other features include Tutorial Mode, Full Bright/Dim/Dark settings, Memory Retention of preferred settings, automatic and manual muting of audio alerts and City/Highway modes. |
