More Information
Details: The PMP500 comes standard with 64 MB of memory, double its predecessor the Rio PMP300, and can be expanded with flash memory cards to 96MB. That translates to three hours of music on the lower setting. The new unit replaces the parallel port connection with a faster USB hub and the software interface, Rio Audio Manager, is also upgraded to work on the Macintosh operating system and improve file management. The PMP500 comes in a choice of three colors; teal, purple, and gray, the first two which match up well to the bondi blue and blueberry/grape iMacs.
