Details: Independently owned and operated, Goose Island is a true craft brewery located in Chicago. Explains John Hall, We looked for two years before we found the location on Fulton that now houses our brewery -- the hard part is over. Now, our mission is simple. We want to offer the freshest possible beers to as many folks as possible while educating them about the distinctive beers and ales.
