Makes for great champagne toasts and quality mimosas. If you're looking for California fruitiness and Champagne quality, look no further than Cristalino, Brut. The nose has gardenias and honey roased nuts. This Cava's bubbles lasted throughout the evening showing off it's quality. Tropical fruit flavors, honey, a touch of lime, and hints of bakery-yeastiness, with a tangy finish. This bottle of sparkling is a surprise.
