INTO THE ARENA finds Ash and friends out on an archaeological dig in Pokemopolis. They dig up some ancient artifacts that provide the team with a glimpse of an ancient culture, not too dissimilar from their own. Unfortunately, they also wake a giant Gengar that's none too happy about having his slumber interrupted. Later, Ash's Pokemon badges are stolen just before the Indigo League competition begins, meaning that if Ash doesn't find them quick, he won't be participating. Of course, Team Rocket makes an appearance, and they try to snuff out eternal flame of the Indigo League. |
