Details: This national memorial honors the Jesuit priest who established Michigan's first permanent settlement. The Father Marquette Museum was rechristened the New France Discovery Center in 1999. Sadly, this Center was destroyed by fire in the spring of 2000, and will be closed until renovations are completed. <br><br><b>Directions:</b>&nbsp;&nbsp;Take US-2 half a mile west of the intersection with I-75.
