Lantronix's EPS2-100 Print Servers allow multiple printers to be connected and shared among users over 10 Mbps Ethernet or 100 Mbps Fast Ethernet networks. Each unit has a 10/100 RJ45 network port for easy adaptability to any 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps network. The EPS2-100 provides 2 parallel ports and 2 serial ports allowing up to 4 printers to be connected to the network. The serial ports support speeds up to 230 Kbps and can be used to attach a serial printer to the network or as a management port for monitoring the print server's status.??The most popular network protocols are supported, including TCP/IP, IPX, AppleTalk and NetBIOS/NetBEUI (LAT optional). Additional features include Flash ROM for easy firmware updates, SNMP, NetWare Directory Services (NDS), and Telnet support. Installation is quick and easy with EZWebCon, Lantronix's user friendly configuration software. An autoswitching internal power supply makes connections easy all over the world. |
