The Panasonic PV-DV103 is the second to last camcorder in the low-end Panasonic MiniDV line. This is an entry level camcorder with good video and fair low-light performance.The PV-DV103 is light and compact machine for the point and shoot crowd. The camcorder's 1/6 inch CCD, and 10x zoom lens with a 680K pixel resolution, delivers adequate video performance.
