If you have a Video8 camera, you know how handy they are. Here's a "base station" that let's you play and edit those little tapes at home. Like a normal VCR, this machine will record and play just about anything you want. Unlike a big VCR, it rewinds a two-hour tape in a single minute. You can record off the air, copy your video memories and even edit them with the precision of Sony RC Time Code. And, since it's a Sony, it's fully compatible with the Sony Handycam or universal remote. The EV-C25 delivers up to 2 ½-hour recording on a single compact 8mm videocassette (using P6-150 in "high quality" SP mode). Space-saving thin design allows for easy placement on top of your home VCR inside your TV cabinet stand. Skip/Scan function allows for "dropping in" and viewing the picture during high-speed fast-forward or rewind at the touch of a button. It is a very convenient feature for quickly locating specific segments on a tape. |
