Details: For a low-priced VCR, Hitachi's VTFX6410A is chock-full of high-end features. The deck has hi-fi audio, four video heads, and the S-VHS quasi-playback feature. This last feature lets you view tapes recorded in S-VHS (Super VHS) mode. The VTFX6410A also has VCR Plus+, which lets you program the timer by entering numbers from TV listings. The deck's 19-micron heads match the width of the EP video track, giving you less flicker, color error and noise in EP mode. The four-head design boosts picture reproduction and creates distortion-free delivery in slow motion and still modes.
