The Star FS2DT countertop steamer's steam chamber can accommodate foods up to 3 1/2" high, in a 2/3 size perforated food pan. This convenient countertop quick steamer includes a removable perforated aluminum pan and wire rack for easy cleaning. A heavy duty hinge mechanism with spring assistance helps you easily and safely operate the unit. It requires a 120V electrical connection and is UL Listed.
