Flat Tire No Spare!!

Pros: light, soft, good looking, traction, price

Cons: flat tire syndrome, premature sole wear-out

I have owned Nike Air shoes since 1985. The shoes are light and have great padding. I run quite a bit and so have to get a new pair every six months.
Weakness of this shoe are padding looses bounce quick, the sole is soft and wears out fast and the biggy "Flat tire syndrome". I have had many pairs that take a side wall punture and go flat. this ruins the pair of shoes for running or even walking. Maybe Nike will come up with a patch kit and reinflator.
I do love these shoes and recommend them to other runners. But, beware of the flat tire.
