| frugalshop's Full Review: COUP O DEX |
Before trying the Coup-O-Dex, I kept my coupons organized in large accordion check files. I carried the files in a very large purse to the stores. My coupons were organized, and categorized. It was easy for me to use. However, it was not very attractive, safe, or practical to carry a very big and very heavy purse shopping with me.
I received the Coup-O-Dex by mail, and was instantly amazed.
Paul Wilson, the inventor of the Coup-O-Dex knows exactly what shoppers need.
The Coup-O-Dex is a rotary coupon file. It looks like a fancy "Rolodex" with a lid and handle. It is very organized, and professional looking. You will be proud to be using one. You will feel like professional shopper. People will probably think you work for the store. (This has happened to me.)
How does a rotary file hold coupons securely? The Coup-O-Dex uses specially made "Coupockets" to hold the coupons. These are cards with plastic overlays on each side that allow a coupon to be slipped underneath. The plastic holds the coupons in place, but also makes them easy to remove.
The people at Coup-O-Dex are also working with many of the nation’s largest companies to have new coupons printed that fit right into your file. This program is called, "Ready Coupon", and they will be rolling it out sometime in the near future.
Features of the Coup-O-Dex include:
• Supermarket Savings tips printed on the category cards such as, "Stay focused! Once you have gone through your list, leave the store as quickly as possible."
• Big and roomy - holds many coupons.
• Built-in Calculator.
• Coupon holder for coupons that you have pulled to use.
• 32 category index cards - 30 with printed categories (From Bakery Goods to Soups), and 2 blank ones so that you can make your own categories.
• 90 "Coupockets" to put coupons in.
• Transparent Cover with card catcher inside to keep cards and coupons in place when closed.
• Handle that rests on the bar of your shopping cart.
• Website that offers more information
