I used this service 3 times,or at least I tried. It seems the first time -3 years ago, I sent flowers to my parents for their anniversary. They were having a party-across the country and I wasn't able to attend. The flowers arrived but they were a much smaller bunch than what I had paid for. I called and they gave me a discount on the next order. Why didn't they just return some of money right then and there. SO I went back , the second time, also for my parents, I was informed on the day that they were to be delivered that they wouldn't be delivered for at least 2 weeks., so I canceled the order. This last time I ordered the flowers for my parents again and this time I ordered 2 weeks ahead of time and then were to be delivered on Valentines Day for their anniversary and they were not delivered. The next day I canceled the order. So, my opinion is NO don't go there.
