I have used FTD.COM many times. I have found it very useful for business purposes. There have been occasions that I have had to send flowers to my customers. The quickest way to do this was online. FTD.com has always delivered.

The only time I have experienced a problem is when I am placing an order late in the day for next day delivery. It usually doesn't get there the next day or gets there late the next day. However, FTD.COM has an 800 number to call if you have any questions or just want to verify that your order was delivered.

I have called their 800 number on several occasions and am always treated well. They actually put me on hold while the call the florist to find out the status of my order. I think that is great service!

They also have a great selection of gifts and flower arrangements.
