Pros: They are quick at getting the police to show up

Cons: High monitoring cost, poor customer service.

I had an alarm system installed with Security Link 3 years ago when I moved into my home. Installation included two entry door contacts, and one motion detector. I like knowing that I have an alarm especially when I am away, however, I feel like someone could break into my home without setting off the alarm by coming in through a window in any of the rooms that are not protected by the motion detector. I have tried to get someone to come out to my home and talk to me about upgrading the system, but have not had a call back. Also I think the monthly monitoring fee of $31.75 is high. I have had the alarm accidently set off once, and the police did show up quickly.
