Just after I finished my epinion on Monster and Career Path I checked out this website, now I regret the high ratings that I gave those two sites. This site has every option that I liked about both those websites plus a little more. Forget about Monster and Career Path, Career Builder is the site to use. It has a great online job search engine, personalized search agents, ability to search newspapers and extensive career advice plus organized links to other job sites.
Career builder uses the same method of personalized search agents that Monster uses (for more details read my epinion on Monster), as well as Career Path’s ability to search local newspapers. Added to that is a feature they call the Mega Job Search, that is what is called a Meta search engine. It searches various online job sites for jobs that they have found. So now you get to search a few online job sites with just one search.
Also I have to disagree with clocks and say that the site was easy to navigate and very intuitive. At no point was I frustrated or annoyed with the layout. The only time I got frustrated was with my slow Internet connection.
This kind of site is a step in the right direction; the idea to pool the resources of other online sites is definitely the way to go.
