Product Details
The Limestone Zoological Park and Exotic Wildlife Refuge is located near Harvest, Alabama about 15 miles west of Huntsville. It was established in 1992, by Anne Case as an animal refuge for orphaned/abused/retired animals. Anne's love and compassion for animals inspired her to pursue her desire to preserve these animals for future generations. Our goal is to preserve as many animals as we can, and to educate the public in wildlife preservation and endangered species awareness. The park currently includes exotic animals ( tigers, leopards, bears, and lions); indigenous animals (raccoons, oppossums, and fox); raptors, and reptiles. A petting zoo is also located on the grounds for the younger guests and is included in the price of admission.
