Traveler discount Guide

This is my choice hotel directory for whenever I go anywhere in Florida. Being a Florida resident I can only speak of this travel guide for Florida. This guide can be found at any rest area, Shoney Restaurant, etc. The guide is easy to use you just have to find your location. Or in my case since I travel so much throughout the state I find where I am on their maps. The maps are easy to use and are pinpointed with various hotels and the exit numbers.
The hotels that subscribe to this magazine are your average hotels. Super 8, Comfort Inn, and the such. However, you can stumble across some independent wonders such as the hotel we found in Ft. Lauderdale for under $50 per night. It had a rooftop restaurant and the room overlooked the ocean. Of course we were leary of such a low price in that particular area but keep in mind that in Florida the High Peak Season is from November till March. Anything before or after that tends to be at 50% off.
Florida is a wonderful place to travel to during the off season, especially in either May or October. The weather is not too hot yet in May and the rainy season has not yet begun and in October while it is still hurricane season, the weather is cooperable.
In traveling down I95 into Florida stop at the travel center and pick up a green Travelers discount Guide and stay at a nice hotel for a fraction of the cost. Some of these hotels even allow pets and advanced reservations with the coupon. Read the find print on the individual hotel right ups.
Other states also have this same type of magazine, pick one up, if for anything it has great restaurants listed also that you may not know about.
